Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a new park that just opened up in the last few days. Cache might be difficult to get to during the winter but doable.

It's about time this park finally opened. I have been driving by everyday waiting for open gates. I wanted to be the first to place a cache here.

The rules of the park are on a sign and include this:
NO person, while on Commission Park property shall engage in any sport, game or similar activity on the property which unreasonably interferes, annoys or bothers the use and enjoyment of an area by others. Sooooo, be reasonable folks and don't annoy anybody while seeking this cache.
