Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear.
Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair.
This location reminds me of this ditty.
This bear must be related to Fuzzy Wuzzy as he is losing his hair rapidly. The previous owner's puppies started gnawing on it. The current owner acquired the bear. He placed it in its present location as a novelty and I placed a cache here.
You are looking for a small camouflage painted lock and lock. There is plenty of road shoulder and an area to pull well off the road and make a short walk to the cache.
