There are several feral cats in the parking garage of the building where I work. Building management has worked with City Animal Control to catch them, but they cannot. Part of the reason is there is a lady who is putting out food and water for them. She has even gone so far as to trip the traps that the city put out. Even without her doing that, the cats are too smart to be trapped. I was leaving work one day and saw this woman acting strangely. She was obviously hiding something, but when I came around, she tried to act like she wasn't doing anything. A few days later I looked in the area where she was standing and sure enough, I found bowls with water in them. My finding the bowls and her trying to act nonchalant when I came up on her reminded me of geocaching so I placed this cache. It is a medium sized camo pill bottle placed near where the cat lady was placing her hide. Beware of muggles, periodic security patrols and the rogue kittys. GPS signal may be impaired by the parking structure, so you will have to use your geo-senses when you get close.
