THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!

The final location here is quite odd. There is a small place to park.

To solve the puzzle, fill in the grid below according to these rules:
Every cell in the grid contains 1 of 4 letters: A, B, C, or D.
No letter can be horizontally or vertically adjacent to itself.
The tables above and to the left of the grid indicate how many times each letter appears in that column or row.



Now that you have the grid filled, the coordinates on the right and below reference each cell in the grid. If A=1, B=2, C=4, and D=6, the coordinates can be determined by substituting those values into the following:

38o (Z3)(Y4+V3).(U1+Z1+W1)(X5+X1+W4)(Z4)
77o (X6+V6)(X2+X3).(W2+W1)(V2+U6+W4)(U5)
