This is a name of the art object in the south side of the Nankai bridge. It is a work of molding writer Tetsuya Matsumoto same as "HANEKAME" of the Kameido station square park, "GONBESSA" (GC23C03) of the Nisifukagawa Bridge.
There is only logbook in this cache. Please bring your pen.
