This cache replaces my previous hide, "Swan Slough Cache". Due to flood and muggle suseptability, I have replaced the container and moved to a new , nearby location. In fairness to those who had previously found the original cache, I have archived it and submitted an all-new cache.
This cache is a tribute to some of my childhood memories. My father and grandfather were both avid fishermen, and this was one of our favorite launches. There is a wing dam downstream a ways, at which I have never been skunked in well over 40 years of fishing history. Many stories about this place . . . just ask me sometime . . . glad to share.
