Geocache Description:

This is a little more than a quarter mile from the parking lot for the Delaware scrub area.Follow the walkway to post #8 then follow the trail to the left.This may be tougher if you are height challenged and you may want to go at low tide.Log only so BYOW!

Mellie524 started caching in early 2010 and has proved to be a long hiker and has activated several overlooked trails with her cache hides.
This Natural Area was the site of my first hide and it has changed a lot over the years.I think it is truly a hidden gem as you go from the city street to the meadow over the boardwalk through the cypress swamp to the hardwood hammock then to the mangroves and the pier.I encourage everyone to take a walk through here.
