Geocache Description:

This cache will be up tomorrow and fully functional again.

This is a quick cache and dash. There may be street parking. If not, park in the parking lot of the federal government establishment across the street. Placed with the permission of the pastor. The container is small so bring a pen! With the change in location I am upping the difficulty just a bit. It should still be an easy one for the experienced geocacher.

The Salvation Army has been serving the spiritual and physical needs of the many in Baltimore since the 1890s. That's the source of the name of this cache.

Congrats to czar7 for being FTF.

I edited the hints since sometimes the weather causes metal to expand.
