This is one of several caches in a series placed to commemorate one of my childhood games of all time. I hope you enjoy it too.
Almost everyone has played the popular board game “Monopoly”, or at least has heard about it. From the classic board design to the hundreds of other “opoly” spin-offs, is the best-selling board game in the world, sold in 103 countries and produced in 37 languages.
The Short Line Railroad is the fourth of 4 railroad properties on the game board Short Line is believed to refer to the Shore Fast Line, a streetcar line that served Atlantic City, NJ.

This cache is placed in view of the train tracks the run through the middle of Cabot, and far enough away to be safe and to comply with caching rules. There is a nearby church that can be used for quick parking, as long as it does not disrupt normal service hours.
