As I reflect on this past weekend, I thought I would share a few
things that occurred to me:
First, I wasn't sure about the weather and camping, so after the
Friday Meet and Greet, I went searching for a place to stay for the
weekend. I almost ended up sleeping in my car on the side of the
road! Finally, the third place I checked near the cache location,
had vacancies for the weekend! And thank goodness, it wasn't a
seedy place!
After placing this cache, I thought I would grab a few caches
nearby. The first one: GC279H9: The North Woods by 'QuicVic'.
Unfortunately for me, a security guard was fast approaching!!
(After reading previous logs, I now see that wasn't a problem!
Doh!) So after getting some donuts and another nearby cache:
GC2CMY8: A nice set of Double D's by 'salz69'.
I ventured back and grabbed The North Woods! How cool is that? Not
as cool as a Coors Light "Silver Bullet," but almost! ;)
The road that
this cache is on can get busy at times, so please be careful! And
remember to always BYOP!
