E-lo Wa-ya began the placement of caches that commuters could pick
up on their way to or from work. He offered up that anyone could
add to the series as they wished. Here's my contribution.
This is meant to be an easy work clothes friendly hide so no need
to bend or kneel. You should be relatively shielded while hunting
for the cache. Have fun.
