Lock Lock container - GZ is the photo op for the tree. You need to move around it and look around the base for the cache.
This cache was originally hidden in a remote, non-traversed area. Within a year - future expansion of The Woodlands has begun to arrive. There will eventually be more homes and maybe a schoolyard here - but for now the cache has squatters rights. You will want gloves or tough skin to grab this one. THORNS! Sorry - Wii didn't plan on that. When we originally hid the cache, we found some animal bones - must have been a cattle field of some sort. Great place to film a Rifleman episode. No longer.
The brush is greatly overgrown to approach the tree from the new road, but if you go west a bit, then turn north a few paces - and then due east back to the tree, you will find it a little easier. Watch for snakes. Upping the terrain since it has changed around the cache so much.
Nothing hidden about the cache. It is in plain view after you follow the directions. Advise parking at the candy canes with a geocaching car tag or possibly biking to this from May Valley park. Do not park off Honea Egypt road to get to this. That requires trespassing through a marked gate. Use the candy cane entrance nearest the Honea Egypt exit out of the community. Look for the dusty Texas-style trail. Head north on the low trail until it intersects with another E/W trail. Don't use the upper level terrain - too easy to be spotted by the nearby homes.
Box contains a Geocoin that wants to go overseas, a chess piece, and a Disney collectible figurine. Please replace carefully and don't completely hide.
