A 2 mile walk from Thornhill village to the Muir Dam. The local community (TCT Access group) has worked hard to make sure this right of way has been retained. This is now one of Stirling Council's Core Paths, although don't be fooled into thinking it is going to be a tarmac motorway of a path.
Boots / wellies definitely required!
There is a lovely old stone bridge over the burn here and some very inquisitive cows on the other side of the fence post/gate/metal sheet where the cache is.
