Geocache Description:

This is a log only micro. It is placed with permission at a memorial in honor of the fire fighters who lost thier lives September 11th 2001 during the terrorist attack.
May we never forget the sacrifice of those brave men and women.

Our community is very thankful for all our volunteer fire fighters who sacrifice thier time serving Plains and the surrounding area. The names of the current volunteers are posted at the memorial.
