[JLX.17] GeoM&M blue trail #2# Traditional Geocache

PREMESSA

Si tratta di un percorso trekking, inaugurato in occasione dell'evento [JLX] GeoMare&Monti 2011.

E' stato realizzato pensando soprattutto ai principianti, sia nell'ambito del geocaching, sia per quanto riguarda l'escursionismo in montagna, comunemente conosciuto come trekking. Viene, infatti, abitualmente utilizzato per i GeoM&M Camp.

E' l'ideale per famiglie, bambini accompagnati dai genitori, e per chiunque desideri immergersi nella natura, in totale relax, per poco più di un'ora.

I cache non sono nascosti secondo un criterio puramente casuale: alcuni sono collocati in punti caratteristici per il panorama o per gli aspetti naturalistici, altri in prossimità di bivi, al fine di aiutare ad orientarsi fra i vari sentieri che, in ogni caso, sono ben indicati. Impossibile perdersi se si ha ben chiara la meta.

IL PERCORSO

Il percorso inizia con una ripida discesa di circa 30 metri; non è particolarmente allarmante ma è, in ogni caso, aggirabile mediante sentiero che parte circa 250 metri prima di arrivare alla piazzola del parcheggio. La camminata prosegue poi tranquilla, praticamente quasi sempre  in piano, per buona parte alla piena esposizione del sole ed in alcuni tratti al riparo di piccoli boschi.

A destra la montagna mentre sul lato sinistro, guardando verso il basso, si intravede il Rio Lerone. Dopo il [JLX] GeoM&M blue trail #4#, si prosegue fino a Ponte Negrone, incontrando GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#5], GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#6], GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#7]. 

Arrivati sul ponte, si può godere di un più che meritevole spettacolo naturale:il cambio di vegetazione e dei colori, i laghetti che formano il Rio Lerone ed il Rio Negrone lungo il loro percorso a valle, il tutto in uno scenario che ricorda più un tipico paesaggio montano e per un attimo ci fa dimenticare che il mare si trova a pochi chilometri.

Da qui si riparte, per fare ritorno, seguendo un sentiero un poco più ostico (ma, per chi proprio non se la sente, l'alternativa è ripercorrere a ritroso lo stesso percorso dell'andata), su per una ripida ma abbastanza breve salita, passando per il cache [JLX] GeoM&M blue trail #5#, che indica il sentiero, si ritorna su un percorso nuovamente più o meno pianeggiante che conduce alla fine del percorso e, ovviamente, alla vostra auto.

AVVERTENZE E RACCOMANDAZIONI

1) RICOLLOCAZIONE DEL CACHE

Il percorso è oggetto di frequente manutenzione tuttavia, considerato l'ambiente naturale in cui sono nascosti, è facile incorrere in perdite o esposizioni eccessive ai geomuggles. Si prega pertanto di riporre gli stessi esattamente come indicato dalla freccia nelle foto spoiler.

2) LOG

Per consentire un'agevole lettura da parte dei geocacher successivi, si prega di scrivere il log esteso relativo all'intero percorso direttamente nella cache nr 1; si eviterà così di controllare i log nei listing di ogni cache.

A scopo puramente statistico, si invita ad indicare anche il tempo di percorrenza (solo andata).

Preparate un cartello formato A4 con il vostro nickname che userete una volta giunti a fine percorso per una bella foto con voi come protagonisti. Sarà molto gradita! Mi raccomando: SIATE ORIGINALI!

La veridicità dei ritrovamenti è fondamentale per garantire una manutenzione programmata ed efficiente. Al termine di ogni sessione di manutenzione verrà pubblicata foto del registro delle firme. Verranno eliminati tutti i ritrovamenti che non trovino riscontro. Nessuna eccezione.

3) ATTREZZATURA

Non è richiesta un'attrezzatura particolare. Si consiglia un paio di scarpe da ginnastica comode e resistenti alla polvere o scarponcini da trekking, abbondanti scorte di acqua, un berretto e crema di protezione solare.

4) PERICOLO VIPERE

Gli escursionisti dovrebbero saperlo ma la precauzione non è mai troppa. Il pericolo esiste ed è concreto, soprattutto in estate. Si invita a prestare la massima attenzione nel momento del prelievo e del riposizionamento del cache.

5) STAGIONE VENATORIA IN LIGURIA

Il parco è area protetta e, pertanto, non è ammessa la caccia. Il percorso si sviluppa interamente al di fuori del Parco del Beigua e, per tale motivo, raccomandiamo ci cercare su internet il calendario aggiornato.

6) GEOCACHER A QUATTRO ZAMPE

Il percorso è adatto anche a loro, senza problemi.

PREFACE

It is a trekking route, inaugurated in occasion of the event [JLX] GeoMare&Monti 2011.

It was designed thinking of newbies, both in geocaching and trekking. It is usually followed for the GeoM&M Camps.

It is great for families, children with parents and for whoever desires beeing in close contact with nature and feel relaxed for about an hour.

The caches are not hidden in a purely random: some are placed in strategic points for the landscape or its natural features, others in the vicinity of junctions, in order to help finding their way through the various paths that, in any case, are well indicated. You cannot get lost if you have a very clear goal.

THE ROUTE

It begins with a steep descent of about 30 meters but it is not particularly alarming, however, circumventable by the path that starts about 250 meters before reaching the pitch of the parking lot.

The walk then goes quiet, nearly always flat, in large part to full sun exposure and in some places in the shelter of small woods. On the right the mountain while on the left side, looking down, you can see the Rio Lerone.

After the [JLX] GeoM&M blue trail #4#, continue to Ponte Negrone, encountering GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#5], GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#6], GeoMare&Monti 2011 [verde#7].

Once on deck, you can enjoy a more than worthy spectacle of nature: the change in vegetation and color, the lakes formed by the Rio Lerone and the Rio Negrone along their path to the valley, all in a setting more reminiscent of a typical mountain landscape and for a moment we forget that the sea is a few kilometers far away.

From here we leave, to return, following a path a little more difficult (but, for those who just do not feel, the alternative is to go back over the same route), up a steep ascent but short enough, passing over the cache  [JLX] GeoM&M blue trail #5#, which indicates the return path that leads more or less flat to the end of the trail and, of course, to your car.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

1) REPOSITIONING THE CACHE

The route is subject to frequent maintenance, however, considered the natural environment in which they are hidden, it is easy to incur losses or excessive exposure to geomuggles. So please put exactly the same as indicated by the arrow in the spoilers.

2) LOGS

To an easier reading for the following geocacher, we recommend to write directly an extended log connectedo to the whole trail in cache n. 1. It will avoid a waist of time in readint every cache listing.

For a statistical purposes only, please also indicate your travel time (one way).

Prepare an A4 size sign with your nickname that you will use once you get to the end location for a nice picture of you. It will be very welcome! BE ORIGINAL!

The truth of the founds is very important for a scheduled and efficient maintenance. At the end of every maintenance session a logbook photo will be published. Every found which does not match the logbook will be deleted. No exception admitted.

3) EQUIPMENT

It is not required a specifi equipment. We advice a great pair of comfortable shoes, suitable for dusty trails or trekking shoes, adequate supply of drinks, hat and solar protection.

4) VIPER DANGER

Hikers should know this but the precaution is never enough. The danger exists and is real, especially in summer. You are encouraged to pay close attention at the time of retrieving and the repositioning of the cache.

5) HUNTING SEASON IN LIGURIA

The path is developed outside the park, and for that reason, I advice to look for an updated hunting calendar on the web.

6) FOUR-LEGGED GEOCACHERS

The trail is suitable to them too, without any problem.
