What better way to spend 2012's extra calendar day than with a cache meet at the Man on The Moon Public House, Kings Norton, Birmingham, B38 8LR. You'll also earn a special Groundspeak Leap Day "souvenir" by logging or attending on this special calendar day!
Meet from 7pm in "The Round Room" area at the rear of the main pub. A wide menu is available, if you plan to eat please log your intention with approximate numbers so that I can inform the Manager a week before the meet with an indication of numbers. Children/under 18's are welcome with adults but must leave by 9pm (the sign on the door states 8pm but the Duty Manager informs me that they work to 9pm).
No new caches to be published (well, not by me anyway!) just a chance to meet and chat on a dark Winter night, to buy raffle tickets raising funds for the Mega 2013 event and to share trackables, spoilers and geostories! Oh, and if any of you are working on your "caching calendar" then that's 29th February coloured in for those who need it!
Hope to see as many of you there as possible.
STOP PRESS: The Webbies and Bunsen Honeydew will be running a raffle at the CCC event raising money for Mega 2013. There are already some tasty wins lined up - all donations for additional prizes will be much appreciated, thank you.
