Out checking one of the PSP caches and saw this cliff. Located near
the trail between PSP #7 and PSP #8. You can easily reach this
cache by four wheeler with a winch or with a truck with bigger
tires and a winch.
While checking this cliff out, nearby we found the remains of a
shovel. Not sure if the depression was from a deer blind, a camp or
what. Explore the cliff a little and you can see large pieces of
rock are breaking away. Very neat terrain. The cache container is a
large lock and lock(size of a large ammo can) filled with lots of
swag. FTF prize is a crisp $2 bill. There is a log and pencil in
the cache but please bring your own pencil in case it is missing.
No signature on the physical log = no smily. Due to the hiding
location this cache may remain frozen in place well into mid May.
Note- be careful and watch for cave ins. There seem to be many cave
ins or depressions in the ground in this area. Animals may use them
for dens, when I published this cache my geodog was with me and we
found no critters living nearby.
