Geocache Description:

UPDATE 03/23/14: The ammo can has been muggled and stolen twice, so we replaced the cache the the same place with a different container. With any luck, this one will last longer!
The cache can be found at the posted coordinates;
however, you will need to complete the challenge in order to log the find.

This challenge is all about Veterans Day 11-11-11.

Flags Flags Flags Flags Flags Flags

Armistice Day is on November 11th and commemorates the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany for the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front, which took effect at the “eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month” of 1918. The date was declared a national holiday in many allied nations, to commemorate those members of the armed forces who were killed during war. After World War II, the name of the holiday was changed to Veterans Day in the United States and to Remembrance Day in many other countries.

The Cache
The cache is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Riverside National Cemetery.
It is NOT located within the cemetery property.
The difficulty rating reflects the number of caches you must find; the actual cache location is a 1.5/1.5.
You may find this cache, sign the log, and write a note at any time on or after November 11, 2011. However, in order to log your find and earn the smiley, you will need to complete the challenge.

The Challenge
In keeping with the Veterans Day 11-11-11 theme, you must find and log EXACTLY 11 caches
in one single day, on or after November 11, 2011.
At least one of your 11 caches (besides this one) should be somehow related to veterans.
There are a number of veterans related caches in this area, including a nice virtual one inside the cemetery.

The Rules
1. You need to find EXACTLY 11 caches in one single day on or after November 11, 2011.
2. One of your 11 caches should be somehow related to veterans.
3. You may count any type of cache for your finds, including events. You may NOT count challenges.
4. If you find and log this challenge cache on the same day as you log the others, you SHOULD count it as one of your 11 (otherwise, you'd be finding 12!). You may NOT, however, count it as your veterans related cache. You have to find another one!
5. When you log your find, please include, in your log, the date you completed the challenge and the GC number of your one additional veterans related cache (besides this one!).

Let's Play Fair
For the FTF hounds...because you will need to find your 11 caches on or after November 11, 2011, the earliest date this cache can be logged for FTF honors is November 11, 2011.
To be fair to everybody, please leave the FTF prize for the first cacher who completes the challenge
and logs the find after completion
. Thanks!

For the first one to complete the challenge and log the find on this cache,
there is an nice, unactivated geocoin inside!

Congratulations to BBSquared on being FTF!
