This is a 2 stage, offset, multicache. The first stage (where you'll gather needed information) is at the Myron "Pinky" Thompson Canoe Halau. The physical cache is a short paddle, swim, walk or drive from the posted coordinates. (The terrain rating is for walking to the final cache location.)
