Geocache Description:


This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes.

3 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1.5 cups shredded cheddar, divided
.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
1.5 cups Bisquick
.5 cup milk 1 egg, beaten
1 cup finely crumbled and browned bulk pork sausage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a pan and sautee onion until soft, but not browned. Mix cheeses together in a small bowl and reserve 1 cup for topping. In a large bowl, mix together onions, 1 cup cheese mixture, Bisquick, milk, egg and cooked sausage. Mix until the dry ingredients become moist. Spray each hole of a muffin baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the batter amongst the 12 cups. Sprinkle the batter with the reserved cheese. Bake 16-18 minutes.

These are excellent while still warm! Enjoy!!

Park closes at 10:30pm. You can bring your dog, but only if you promise to clean up after it. No alcohol allowed on park grounds. Plenty of CITO opportunities near GZ.
