Geocache Description:

A series of small caches in and around Nun Monkton, North Yorkshire. This one is a regular sized screw-top beaker with lots of space.

Cache contains log, pencil, pencil sharpener (please leave these) and lots of swaps.

Nun Monkton is a pretty little village 8 miles from York and boasts the UK's largest Maypole and one of the last working Village Green's in the country.
I've placed a few caches around the area of Nun Monkton since I live round here and all the nearest caches are on the other side of the river. Hopefully you'll enjoy visiting this beautiful little corner of Yorkshire.

The caches form a good circular walk that should take around 3 hours if you walk it all or under an hour if you cheat and use a car!
