Geocache Description:

This cache hide will bring you to a place that I enjoy very much and which serves the needs of this community. Among its numerous offerings, there is a wonderful indoor track where my friends and I log in lap after lap at least once a week. It also has an excellent indoor pool where other friends I know log in their laps. Whenever we are there together, there are sure to be lots and lots of laughs as well!

We have listed this as Handicapped Accessible as the area is highly accessible and the cache should be within arm's reach of pavement. We gave this cache a difficulty level of 2, d/t the fact that this area can be very busy at times. However, that rating might be a little low. Any feedback that you care to give will be helpful and appreciated. If you are going for this one after hours, be prepared for someone to stop and ask you questions.

Also, be sure to spend a few moments to appreciate the Blue Star Memorial Garden that is nearby as well. This garden is sponsored by the West Central District Twilight Garden Club in co-operation with the citizens of this fine town. Like other Blue Star Memorials throughout the US, it is placed as a tribute to the Armed Forces who have defended the USA.

You are looking for a magnetic nano. (Don't groan!! We all love a challenge, right?) There is NO NEED to step off of the path, and we would be sadistic to hide a nano in the rocks or bushes, etc., so please don't spoil the wonderful landscaping in this area. Once you get your hands on the cache, you should be able to find a nearby place to sit and log your find. And as with any nano, you should bring a retrieval tool and also be sure to BYOP!!!!

Please be as stealthy as possible so that this cache is able to stay in place as long as possible.

Permission to place this cache has been given by Brad Combs of Clinton Parks & Recreation Department, and once again we thank him for his support of the sport of geo-caching and allowing us to place geo-caches in this area.

Congratulations, d&d showme, on earning the First to Find honors on this cache! Well done!
