This cache was placed by permission of the property owner. The owner of the business where the cache is located knows it is there. The reviewer asked us to mention that this style of hiding a cache is only allowed when it's placed with permission from the land owner. Be respectful of the property - you'll know when you find the cache, as the lid slides off without hardly any effort.
Coords may be off a little, but they should put you in between the 2 buildings.
