As you travel through Wente's vineyard on the new bike/jogging path, you will zig zag in and around, traveling North/South and then East/West. As you approach the cache, you'll need to look a little off the main trail and you will notice a post with a number equal to our lucky number doubled. When you find this post, begin your search the lucky number of unpainted posts to the west.
Our cache lies in Livermore, in a beautiful, very famous vineyard, "Wente". Both chardonnay and red wine varieties are grown in between Vasco Road, Tesla Road, East Ave, and Buena Vista Ave. A new housing development has encouraged the city to put in a very nice walking, jogging, cycling and even horseback riding path that connects the new housing development to Tesla Road.
One can access this cache site from the nearby neighborhood just off of Charlotte Way or from the vineyards off of Tesla Road.
Cache is small to medium in size with goodies to exchange. The kids helped us put it together and are very excited to see how long it takes someone to find it!
