Geocache Description:

Built in 1887, this was the county seat of Logan County before it moved to Oakley in 1963. The town restored the courthouse and on September 5, 1965, it was dedicated as the Butterfield Trail Historical Museum preserving the rich history of Butterfield’s Overland Despatch (that is the right spelling) stage line. Open May through Labor Day.
