Geocache Description:

Now I know what my Daddy meant when he sang about the Lost Highway!

Short section of the original highway that crossed this section of the mountain complete with a small concrete bridge that has survived. Saw a snake nearby in the creek bed and would be wise to use insect repellent.
There is a parking place near cache on the side of the road where old highway meets new highway. Enjoy
