Should be an easy find. The difficulty of this cache is mostly in parking. Please note that the nearby side streets are a no parking zone 24/7. As a result, it may be difficult to find suitable parking. I recommend not approaching from the South.
There is room for small tradeable items.
Be aware of all the usual desert critters that might be in the area.
