Trail Starts Here Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

IgnotusPeverell: Greetings. I'm IgnotusPeverell, one of the volunteer reviewers for geocaches submitted to Geocaching.com.

I can't find any recent responses from ArapahoeCounty about maintaining this cache which makes it appear they are either unwilling or unable to maintain this geocache. Cache maintenance includes: replacing broken or missing containers, replacing full or wet logs, updating any changes to the text, updating coordinates, removing the needs maintenance attributes, enabling the listing, and more. Check out all of a geocache owner's responsibilities here. This cache is being archived, and removed from the active cache listings.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived."

Thanks for your understanding,

Geocache Description:

Hikers, cyclists and other outdoor enthusiasts have a new place to access the Cherry Creek Trail. Rest in the shade of the “living green roof” pavilion and take notes from the Xeriscaping demonstration garden created by Tagawa Gardens.

This cache is hidden at an Arapahoe County Park, Trail or Open Space. Here are some things to remember when visiting:
1) Park hours are dawn to dusk. Don't come after dark.
2) Wild animals, including coyotes and reptiles, may be present at this park. Please be careful.
3) There are no motorized vehicles on the trail.
4) Bring your camera. You never know what kind of beautiful images you may encounter.
5) Most of the County's geocaches are within walking distance of a shelter. So feel free to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the outdoors.
6) Enjoy! These parks, trails and open spaces were created for your benefit.
7) Snow may make things more difficult.
8) Bring your own pen.
