You are looking for a "Moving Black Dot".
The cache is in a fixed physical location and the variations inherent in the the Global Postioning System make it appear to move around. It would be best to not disturb the area around the cache to ensure the enjoyment of other searchers. You may need to hurry your search as Black Dots do not like the winter period.
