This container should be pretty easy to find. No serious bushwhacking needed. Cache contains small tradeable items.
The cache is located on the trail that crosses the 50-acre nature preserve at SWIC. In 1972, Tom Amlung (1946-2007) started as a part-time human anatomy and physiology instructor at Southwestern Illinois College, and, in 1993, became a full-time biology instructor. Dr. Amlung came up with the idea for a nature preserve at the southwestern corner of the Belleville campus and worked to make that dream become a reality. The trail was dedicated as the Dr. Tom Amlung Nature Trail in his honor.
