Geocache Description:

Magnetic Nano hidden on an overpass in Claremont.

This bridge has a special name which I think is a cantilever. It was constructed to allow pedestrians to cross busy Stirling Highway safely. It is largely used by students from nearby Methodist Ladies' College and Christchurch Grammar School. You do NOT need to be on the bridge to access the cache. Due to the location of the cache you should NOT attempt to retrieve it during school drop off or pick up times. You should definitely not be entering private property to access this cache. As suggested by the coordinate provided, the cache is on the eastern (non beach) side of the road. It is recommended that, if you choose to drive to this cache, you park across the road on nearby side streets as the schools are obviously private property. Alternatively, there is limited parking on Queenslea Drive or Corry Lynn Road and it is a short walk to the cache. Featured on the bridge is some urban artwork. It appears in the middle on the city side. It is suspected to be the work of Invader, an artist who has created over 600 similar mosiac invader urban artworks throughout Paris, as well as many other cities around the world.
