This cache is located at French Grove Wildlife Area, part of Marshall County Conservation. This will be a tough hide to find in the winter but should be pretty easy most other times during the year. Original container includes: log book, pen, minature erasers, matchbox car, magnet and a couple of dead presidents. Please place the container back as you found it after you sign the log.

This is Dutch for "welcome to the forest." I thought this would be an appropriate title for a place called "French Grove." After all, they do speak BOTH French and Dutch in Belgium. We wouldn't want all of those Marshall County Belgians to feel left out now would we?
Okay, that has nothing to do with anything at all.
As for the cache, please observe posted park hours (generally sunrise to sunset). There are set walking trails out here so please stay on them as much as possible. The trails are dirt and can be very muddy after a rainstorm so come prepared. It would also be wise to wear long pants out here any time of year because of ticks and poison ivy. Park property runs up to the nearby barbed wire fence. DO NOT STRAY ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY!
*Please stay OUT of the bunker near the parking area!* I don't know what this is or why it's here, but it's probably better to stay away from it.
Also, keep an eye out for falling walnuts during the fall. The day I placed this was a windy day and I was dodging them left and right.
This probably isn't the most winter-friendly sight either, but use your best judgement here.
