Ein geplagtes Naturdenkmal im Saale-Holzland-Kreis
Die drei Linden
Manche glauben an den Spruch „Ein Blitz schlägt niemals mehrmals in der selben Stelle ein.“ Dieses Naturdenkmal zeigt, dass dem nicht so ist. Stark angegriffen von mehreren Blitzeinschlägen stehen "die drei Linden" nahe der Gemeinde Etzdorf im Saale-Holzland-Kreis.
Aufgrund der vielen Kommentare im Log noch eine Ergänzung zum Namen des Naturdenkmals: Ja, mir ist bewusst, dass die 3 großen Bäume nur 2 Linden und 1 Eiche sind. Ihr könnt mir gerne in euren Logeinträgen schreiben, warum ihr glaubt, dass das Naturdenkmal trotzdem "die drei Linden" heißt und wo die dritte Linde wohl hin ist. :)

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
The three Linden
Some believe in the saying "A lightning strikes never again in the same place." This natural monument shows that this is not the case. Strongly attacked by several lightning strikes, the three Linden are close to the little village Etzdorf in the Saale-Holzland country.
Due to the many comments regarding the tree types: I realized that there are only 2 big linden trees and 1 oak. You're welcome to write me in your log entries, why you do think that the natural monument is named "the three linden trees" anyway, and where the third has probably gone.
