THE PURPOSE OF THIS CACHE IS TO ATTRACT VISITORS TO LATTA PLANTATION NATURE PRESERVE AND NATURE CENTER, SHOW WHAT MECKLENBURG COUNTY NATURE PRESERVES HAVE TO OFFER, TO MAKE VISITORS AWARE OF OUR MANY CONSERVATION/PRESERVATION EFFORTS AND HOW THOSE EFFORTS BENEFIT THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE THE GREAT SPORT OF GEOCACHING. This is a heavily utilized horse trail within the nature preserve; near the equestrian center. Please be careful and watch for muggles. PLEASE PARK IN THE NATURE CENTER PARKING LOT ONLY! Please replace cache and it's parts exactly as you found them!
