Geocache Description:

A series of caches set in this pretty estate celebrating trees.

The history of Hill of Tarvit is given in Tarvit Dendrones ~ Up so it need not be repeated here. Suffice to say it is a small National Trust property and Estate with an enthusiastic staff who try to encourage natural flora and fauna. Their dedication is honoured with this set of caches which will hopefully encourage you to look at the superb variety of natural broad leaf and conifer trees.
