On a rocky ridge surrounded by fall wild flowers when this cache was placed in September. Amazing to see how the ground grasses and wild flowers have recovered since the June Wallow fire.
On ridge in area well burnt by the Wallow fire. A dirt road will get you closer if you have a high ground clearance vehicle. Careful, it is Easy to get ashes on your clothing. Nice view from the ridge. Uploaded a picture of some of the wild flowers.
