Cache is located at a popular spot along the riverfront. At certain times, muggles are abundant so please do it when it is a good time.
This Cache was a special cache presented at the Jesse James Cache Bash 4. Placement was detained due to the water level not going down soon enough for cleanup to be completed in time for proper placement.
Cache contains a ftf prize as well as a bunch of cool swag.
