Situated on a farm track on reclaimed open cast coal mine land.
We often take Wilf the Geohound for walks round here hence the name.
Its not far from other caches in the area so could be joined up for a nice walk. We have come across Roe deer, Water voles and many species of birds on our walks in the area so you could be lucky and see some. Parking available at Ackton fishing pond, North Featherstone village or Highfield Place depending which way you attack it from.
