This is a quick, easy, park and grab type of cache.
The name of this cache was inspired by the name of the restaurant that caters to the offices and businesses nearby formerly known as Roscoe's Grill. I don't believe that this particular restaurant is part of the soul-food restaurant chain based in Long Beach, California but it almost beared the same name. On an episode of a TV sitcom called "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", I remembered Will Smith make a reference to this restaurant. I could only make an assumption that he liked eating there. I've never been to Long Beach, CA before, but if I ever get a chance to visit the city, I would like to try out this restaurant's food. On November 23, 2016, my cousin, my wife and I had the honour and privilege of eating breakfast at Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles for the first time while we were vacationing in Anaheim, California. The fried chicken was fantastic! The waffles were amazing! Please note to anyone that would like to eat at the restaurant located close to this cache that it is open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm and that it doesn't actually have waffles on their breakfast menu (I wish they had). Also, they accept only cash for payment.
