I found these abandoned paved streets on the outskirts of Desert Hot Springs. I suppose houses were going to be built here, but never happened.
Although these are on/near paved roads, be aware of critters that may live here. Be careful where you step/reach and bring plenty of water - it gets hot out here in the summer.
