Cache is located in the Guelph Bird Sanctuary (Crane Park). Parking is at the corner of Stone West and College West. From there you can either follow the wide trail towards the Speed River then cross a small creek to your left; or you can follow the narrow trail behind housing and turn right into the cedar forest, if you want to avoid crossing the stream. The cedar forest has several blazed trails running through it, and there are many great caches to find in this area on both sides of the Speed. Seasonally the approach to the cache can be very wet.

If you choose to MacGyver, please bring a real grabber tool. You can get one for $2 at any local surplus store, and its a handy item to add to your geo-toolbox! Jabbing the container with a stick will damage it. Please don't damage my cache!
