Devil's Lake has so many great tails, but this one is one of the most level. There are some rolling hills as the trail wanders through old farm fields that are going back to nature, woods with rock fence lines seen running between the trees, over a couple wooden bridges, and down old farm drives, and through a small pine plantation. Many wonderful wildflowers in their season, lots of trees for birds, squirrels, deer and other wildlife are available for viewing. And in winter, the trail serves as part of the groomed cross country ski trail system of the Park.
