CragSeeker: The Lion's Club lost the lease on the land (owned by Whatcom County Parks). I am removing the cache, pending finding a new location in the near future. Advantage where it is (was) now, is the nearby manager could provide added security. Now, anyone could walk-in and help themselves to removal.
Thanks for all the play.
I will forward any "bugs" in the cache to some of my other caches.

Geocache Description:

Large Treasure Chest under an outdoor stairway at West end of a Green Building.Easy(Wheelchair)access from various directions of travel. A MUST FOR THE KIDS. Due to bargain hunting, none of the contents in the cache are valued over 2 dollars. Sports stuff, games, puzzles, & misc.

This chest is on Whatcom County Parks property(former Air Force Base),also adjacent to Lions Club Camp Horizon.During Summer camp activities there will be detours to follow, still allowing access to the cache.Please abide by Speed Limits in the area.Cache is accessible all year.The nearby business managers will know what is going on if they see people in the area of the cache.Best if done during Daylight hours.This is an Awesome cache.
A container has been added to put trackables in, to make it easier to keep the lid closed, or come spring,we might find some unexpected animal guests in the box. :)
