A Newbie's 1st Bushwhack Traditional Cache

Bushwhacking is one of the most exciting elements of geocaching.  But it can be dangerous if you're not used to it.  
This cache is offered as a training exercise for the newbie geocacher.

Located in the Rockland Town forest, follow the waypoints to the Blue Trail; which winds through the forest, & leads to the starting point for the bushwhack.  A groundspeak logo identifies the spot where the civilized path gives way to the wilds of Rockland.  Rock cairns have been placed at intervals in case you become lost without a trail to follow.

If you survive this training, you'll be ready for any terrain challenge.
