Near the Marker of The Old Post Road.
The cache is located near a marker describing the first Postal Road South of Savannah. This can be a high traffic area. DO NOT park along HWY 17. It is advised to park at the nearby gazebo on Barrington Ferry road or at the pull in across the street from the gazebo and walk along the ditch line. No need to venture deep into the woods to find this one. Recommended daytime only cache. Log only BYOP.
I've been reading a lot of comments about "shovels" and digging in the mud. lol. There is no reason to dig or stick your hand in any "omg" place. Also, again! No need to go bushwacking into the woods.
