Lovely views on this road ....especially heading down into the village of Stow. There is room to pull off road - but don't block the farm entrance. Road is a bit narrow so take care. Cache 'n'dash
This cache takes you close up to the windies. This is the Longpark windfarm and was granted permission for it's intallation in 2006 for work to commence 2007. Developers said the project, about three miles north of Galashiels, would provide enough power to supply about 27,000 homes once it was in operation....I personally find this site quite eerie especially on a windy day when they move at speed .....listen to the noise !!!
Small container includes log, pencil, toy car and paper clip. Not much room for swaps so keep them small....also recommend you take a pen/pencil as the one in container is small !
