Benny has been wanting to get this trail started for over a year now and finally have enough cache containers to get things going. This is the start of many caches in and around the Crystal Beach Game Preserve.
This first section is part of the "Old Highway 7". Please be carefull even on this old section as there are still a FEW cars,trucks/locals that use this section. Please park carefully along the edge of the road and IF you see someone coming try to use some Stealth--Pretend you are taking a picture of a Deer--You really could be as there are LOTS of them in and around this area. You are IN the Game Preserve with these caches BUT IF you are looking for some of the nearby caches PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL as HUNTING SEASON IS HERE and PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING RED OR ORANGE--We do not want you mistaken for a deer. At times there will be LOTS of hunters in the area--especially along the West Side and South Side of the Preserve.
