Geocache Description:

Christmas Island's first puzzle cache was placed during Bird 'n' Nature Week 2011.

The above coordinates are in the middle of the only traffic roundabout on the Island. The cache is not there, but is only about a kilometre away as the Frigatebird flies.

Christmas Island received its name on Christmas Day 1643. This puzzle follows the Christmas theme.

You will need to solve the following puzzle to determine the coordinates and find the cache. Each of the letters represents a different number in the following addition:

The cache can be found at:

S 10° 25.MRX’
E 105° 40.USY'

You are looking for a small sistema containing a logbook, pencil and small swaps. It is only about one metre from an easily accessible walkway. Please replace cache and cover carefully.

There are great views over Flying Fish Cove to be had from near the final location.

I have also included a spoiler photo to assist.

Have fun and enjoy your visit to Christmas Island!
