Geocache Description:

Jareth, The Goblin King, has returned, this time he has stolen Sarah Williams's granddaughter! Help Sarah find her way through the Labyrinth Street Labyrinth, and rescue her granddaughter!

Sarah: I can bear it no longer! Goblin King! Goblin King! Wherever you may be take this child of mine far away from me!

You must enter the Labyrinth and seek the clue (which is hidden in a special container which looks incredibly like a bison tube) to the final location of Sarah's granddaughter (also known as the cache container). Beware possible guards when entering.

Sarah: Okay, let's handle this thing logically. What exactly have you sworn?
Didymus: I have sworn with my life's blood, none shall pass this way without *my* permission!
Sarah: Well... May we have your permission?
Didymus: Well I, uh... I... that is, uh... hm... Yes?

Suggested parking for your vehicle is given, just off Labyrinth Road. From there find your way into the Labyrinth. If you don't have a glow orb, you may wish to bring a torch, or at last resort, a flashlight.

Once in the Labyrinth, you must begin your search for the special container containing the location of Sarah's granddaughter. How far in? I'm not sure, my GPS does not function in the realm of the Labyrinth.

Sarah: That's not fair!
Jareth: You say that so often, I wonder what your basis for comparison is?

It is likely that your feet may be immersed in water during part of your journey. How high depends on how much rain has been falling lately. Use caution. Some spots that look like puddles actually hold deep potholes.

In the container, you'll find how to get to the final location. You can continue forward if you'd like. However, I have no idea where it ends up! I suggest heading back the way you came in.

Jareth: Turn back, Sarah. Turn back before it's too late.
Sarah: I can't. Don't you understand I can't?
Jareth: What a pity.

Because this borders a park (which may or may not have the final location), and because the entrance way can be dangerous in the dark, please hunt during the daytime only. Older kids probably would like this cache. It may be frightening, and even dangerous for younger kids. If you take children, please make sure they are watching where they are walking.

Stage 1 is the entrance to the Labyrinth.

Jareth: Tell me Sarah, what do you think of my labyrinth?

Stage 2 is the container with the coordinates to the final. There is only one set of instructions in this container. Unless you are skilled at memorizing directions, you may wish to bring a quill and scroll with you!
Stage 3 is the final.

Congrats to czar7, First To Rescue.

DO NOT ATTEMPT THE LABYRINTH DURING/AFTER SIGNIFICANT RAIN!! See the note on 8/26/2012 for the reason why.

Watch your head! Several people have mentioned whacking their heads while hunting this cache. This is not a stand up labyrinth. Please be careful. Maybe even wear a helmet.
