*** IMPORTANT NOTE: --- PLEASE make sure to put it back EXACTLY where you found it and placed some leaves or cedar on top of the cache, so maintenance muggles won't see it.. ***
After the shuttering of the first Miami's TB Hotel, there were travel bugs and geocoins picketing outside Miami International Airport, clamoring for a place where they could stop, rest, and be escorted to geocaches throughout the world. Fortunately, the hotel has reopened (yayyyyyy!)
Bring your small travel bugs and geocoins here, grab a few and help them see the planet! Take 'em on missions! Love them, nurture them, then let them go free!! :-)
The hotel moved to a very, very nearby location on November 1, 2014, since its previous location was prone to flooding and, in a storm-prone state like Florida, you need to locate your properties in a protected area where they won't be washed away. So the hotel is now protected within a natural formation. Make sure that, if you visit, you leave the hotel EXACTLY where it was, in its protected environment...with some natural camouflage protecting it from plundering by visually--observent hotel-ravaging muggles!
(NOTE: You are searching for a small-sized lock-and-lock, camouflaged in green camo tape. Only geocoins and smaller travel bugs will fit...this particular hotel has a rather exclusive clientele, apparently.)
If you need to park a car in order to visit the hotel, I recommend parking along 45th Avenue about one block south of the expressway. It's only a three minute walk, and it's where I've parked every time I've needed to do maintenance on this cache.
Have fun and cache on!
